Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum quantity for recycling pickup?

For free pickup, we typically require a full truckload (approximately 200 pallets, 100 gaylord boxes, or 50 IBCs). Smaller quantities can be dropped off at our facility.

Do you pay for recyclable materials?

For large quantities of clean, recyclable materials, we may offer payment or pickup credits. Contact us with details about what you have.

What documentation do you provide?

We provide certificates of recycling that include material type, weight, processing method, and date. This documentation can be used for sustainability reports and compliance.

Can you recycle contaminated materials?

It depends on the contamination. Food residue is usually acceptable for pallets and gaylords. Chemical contamination may require special handling. Always disclose what was stored in the packaging.

Consider These Options First

Before recycling, consider whether your packaging could be reused or repaired. It's better for the environment and may provide more value.
