By accessing or using the Montreal Packaging website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Services
Montreal Packaging provides used and new industrial packaging products including gaylord boxes, pallets, and IBC totes, as well as repair, recycling, and transportation services.
- All products are sold "as described" according to our grading system
- Availability and pricing are subject to change without notice
- Images are representative and actual products may vary
3. Orders and Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified
- Payment terms will be specified on your invoice
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
4. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. Customer is responsible for inspecting products upon receipt.
5. Returns and Refunds
If products do not match the described grade, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve any issues. Products that have been used or modified cannot be returned.
6. Limitation of Liability
Montreal Packaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Montreal Packaging and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
8. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
